It's in the southwestern tip of Puerto Rico, near Cabo Rojo. To get there, I had to take take a road that was about two miles long and felt like I was going through the Back to the Future ride at Universal Studios. The road was ridden with potholes and rocks. Nonetheless, we drove until we couldn't drive anymore, than walked the rest of the way to a beach that, on a friday, had approximately 12 people, all locals. I snapped this photo from a cliff around half a mile away from the beach.
